These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sipp Intelligence platform and related services provided by Hello Sipp LLC(“Hello Sipp,” “we,” “us”) of Chicago, Illinois. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Sipp Intelligence is a business-to-business wine market intelligence platform for the wine trade — suppliers, distributors, and importers. Access requires an authorized account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, resell, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its data. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe harms the service or other clients.
3. Sipp Intel Alerts SMS program
Program name. Our SMS program is called Sipp Intel Alerts.
Description. If you opt in, Sipp Intel Alerts sends account alert notifications about activity in the wine markets you track — such as new and lost placements, price changes, competitor activity, and opportunities. SMS messaging is strictly opt-in, configured in your dashboard Settings → Notification Preferences, and is never a condition of purchase.
Cost and frequency. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on activity in your account.
Opt-out and help: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS alerts at any time. Reply HELP for help. You can also manage or disable SMS notifications in your account settings.

4. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Mobile opt-in data and consent information are never shared with third parties.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service and its data are provided on an “as is” basis for informational purposes to support your commercial decisions; we do not warrant that the data is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Sipp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes and contact
