This Privacy Policy explains how Hello Sipp LLC(“Hello Sipp,” “we,” “us”) of Chicago, Illinois collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Sipp Intelligence platform and the Sipp Intel Alerts SMS program. Sipp Intelligence is a business-to-business wine market intelligence service for the wine trade — suppliers, distributors, and importers.

1. Information we collect

• Account and contact information — your email address, and your mobile phone number if you choose to provide one for SMS alerts.
• Business account data — the wines, portfolios, competitors, and markets you configure in your account, and the alert and notification preferences you set.
• Usage information — standard log and device data (such as pages viewed and actions taken) generated as you use the platform, used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Operate, maintain, and secure the Sipp Intelligence platform;
• Deliver the account alerts and notifications you have configured, including email and — if you opt in — SMS messages through the Sipp Intel Alerts program;
• Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
• Meet our legal, security, and compliance obligations.

3. No sale or sharing for marketing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent information are never shared with third parties. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform and deliver messages (for example, our SMS delivery provider) and only to the extent needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

4. SMS messaging

SMS alerts are strictly opt-in and are never a condition of purchase. Phone numbers you provide for SMS alerts are used solely to deliver the notifications you enable. You can revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off SMS notifications in your dashboard Settings → Notification Preferences. 5. Your choices and data retention

You can review and update your contact details and notification preferences at any time in your account settings. We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.

7. Changes to this policy
